Laura has taken over and developed her talents as a farmer and market gardener in the "new" Bois des Anses farm in the Doulon-Gohards district (near Sainte-Luce and the east of Nantes). This woman with different professional lives is now blossoming on her farm with the fierce desire to feed us in turn. Here we have local production, certified organic with a small structure where quality and respect for the environment are the key words. Here, seasonal vegetables, various cabbages, squash and cucurbits, broccoli, organic and green tomatoes, etc. Every Wednesday and Friday afternoon, stop by to buy fresh, tasty and local. The grassy and flowery strips are a paradise for biodiversity. Honey and eggs will soon be available, and in the 2022 season we will be able to pick berries, among others.
