The Ruche that says yes is a web service that gives wings to short circuits. The first «hive» was born in 2011. Today, there are more than 850 in France and even beyond its borders which mobilize a total of more than 5,000 producers and 135,000 customers per year. There are a few in Nantes and in the agglomeration (Carquefou, Saint-Herblain, Rezé…). Each hive is initiated by a maintainer (individual, association). It contacts producers within a radius of 250 km (fruits, vegetables, meat, molding, bread, wine, honey…) which freely fix their selling prices. At the same time, it recruits members who wish to buy local products (no obligation, no subscription). Each week a selection of products is distributed to members. All you need to do is shop online and pick up your shopping cart 6 days later. On the eve of the distribution, each member receives the full list of his races and the amount charged. An alternative model to Amap, this time connected, which again allows access to quality food while supporting farm farming.
