Here is a charming store located in front of the Dobrée museum, emanating from the ATC (Aide au Travail des Cloîtres) which is a non-profit association supporting the work of monks and nuns since 1951. The sale of handcrafted items is used to finance production equipment and professional tools and to support the economic needs of the monasteries. Here you will find a great diversity: from delicatessen to beauty products, from interior decoration to religious art and clothing. Among the articles made in the abbeys, we can mention: liqueurs, wines, chartreuses and beers from Saint-Wandrille, jams from the abbey of Sept-Fons, honeys from the abbey of Sainte-Marie-du-Désert, crockery from Nemours, medals from Saint-Pé-de-Bigorre, candles from the Benedictine abbey of Bec-Helloin, and galettes and cookies from Campeneac (56). The very welcoming volunteers who ensure the sales are of good advice.
