Nous anti-gaspi Mercœur is the second outlet in Nantes with the one on rue Pitre Chevalier. A brand born in Rennes in 2018. Stéphane and his team of heroic grocers save 60 tons of produce from waste every month! Ugly but still good vegetables, smoked trout with a label but too small, brioche vendéenne a little overcooked, run there to save them. Everything is sold here: fresh produce, rusks, cheese, ham scraps, chocolate, household products... From unsold produce to short use-by dates, we make the most of it. Our anti-gaspi approach is good for the wallet (on average, products are sold for 20% less) and good for the planet!
