Patrick Chauchard is a producer of fresh, wild smoked salmon. Here, everything is dedicated to this fish. The salmon is hand-salted with Guérande salt and smoked by hand over beechwood in the purest tradition. Sliced, whole or half fillet, steak or pavé, all you have to do is savor it! Fumage d'Arzon also offers preserves, Aquitaine caviar and seaweed tartar, delicatessen products such as duck foie gras and fresh mackerel rillettes (silver medallists in the 2022 regional products competition), and a delicatessen where you can enjoy wild Alaskan salmon roe, trout roe from Brittany or herb sea salt.
