Bahia is new. It's a lovely Brazilian stopover in Nantes! In this warm and inviting coffee shop, tea room and lunchtime restaurant, you can enjoy coxinhas, Brazilian-style doughnuts, Portuguese-style cod acras or sweet and savoury tapiocas. Assortments to share? Julia, the manager and cook, has family in Bahia (northern Brazil). The drinks take us on a journey, like the 100% natural coconut water, Bahia or Bahiadeiro coffee, with the unmissable homemade brigadeiros, Valrhona cocoa chocolate truffles. Bahia also offers culinary workshops: chocolate-making, spreads and pastéis de nata! What's more, you can brunch here!

Lieu très accueillant avec deux femmes aux commendes qui nous ont particulièrement bien accueillies. Une cuisine maison raffinée et douce. Des découvertes de saveurs et textures à la brésilienne. Super pause pour le repas du midi.
