An exceptional place where fish, seafood and local products are the order of the day.

This beautiful early 20th-century building in the Nantes vineyards is home to an exceptional place where gastronomy and inventiveness go hand in hand. Chef Lionel Houssay likes to marry fish with local produce. Excellent dishes. Signature starter: crab financier with wasabi, fine scallops and shiso with puffed quinoa, followed by Icelandic cod in olive oil vegetal, Petalo Nero risotto with Parmesan, sorrel emulsion and to finish: chocolate marquise, red fruit heart and candied pomegranates. Menu le soir au prix de 29,50 €. Tout simplement exceptionnel. De l'entrée au dessert : plats raffinés, saveurs, recherche .
Nous étions 4 personnes, et toutes unanimes pour dire un grand Merci pour ce diner.

Diner le 14 Février St Valentin et quel bonheur !!!! un restaurant dans une charmante demeure , décoration soignée, et pour la cuisine , on en prend pleins les yeux , assiettes joliment préparées avec beaucoup de finesses et de beaux produits, c'est savoureux , desserts délicieux on a envie de goûter à tout , de bons vins servis au verre et du produit local, une ambiance très sympathique et personnel accueillant , établissement dans le milieu viticole nantais , il faut absolument découvrir cet établissement qui ne demande qu'à monter .
