STROLL TO THE CHAPEL-ON-THE-LAND
Located near Nantes and the coast, the Chapelle-sur-Erdre offers a true moment of happiness to who loves nature and heritage. Whether you stay close to the Erdre and the Gesvres or get away from it, this commune has many treasures that deserve to be visited by a few hours or a weekend, whether you are on foot, by bike and why not in a boat! With more than 70 km of trails, you will find the right one. Then choose the one that inspires you most. There is the great "classic", the promenade along the Erdre with castles, mansions and follies nantaises… Superb! And for those who like to observe nature, faxes and flores will give the best of themselves along this route. Along Gesvres Creek, you will cross the Forges Fountain and its ferruginous water. Good to know for those who don't have the direction of orientation, all nine trails are perfectly marked and allow everyone to find out about trails (available in town hall). All you have to do is set up a nice pair of shoes and discover this pretty harbor.
