An unmissable speciality of La Baule, the real Fondant Baulois is imitated today, but never equalled. It was Monsieur Denis who, in 1980, developed the recipe. It is made from noble and natural ingredients: a large amount of cocoa, fresh eggs, butter with Guérande fleur de sel, wheat flour and cane sugar.
