Un petit bémol cependant, le temps de le préparer devant nous, les accompagnements dans les assiettes ont eu le temps de refroidir (nous étions en plus sur la terrasse). Il faudrait en tenir compte et apporter les assiettes au dernier moment pour les garnir des filets du poisson.
Le service général était assez lent (pourtant très peu de clients).
Ce n'est plus notre adresse de prédilection à la Baule.
