It is the bistro of the Dolphin Club, an old bauloise institution. You can drink a drink, or even a gourmet drink in the evening, but to eat it is rather at noon, with extra hours, since you are served until late afternoon. We serve you a rather nice and modern cuisine, a holiday. By entering, trust Caesar's salad (gambas, Parmesan, capers, anchovies, poulet chicken). Then, mullet fillets, dill sauce and Parmesan risotto are one of the choices you will retain, unless you are rather marinières mussels or crustaceans sauce. Si vous passez près de ce restaurant, n'hésitez pas, allez y les yeux fermés. C'était top du début à la fin pour un tarif très raisonnable !
