The restaurant Le Surcouf is located in the centre of La Baule, Lajarrige Avenue. The staff were friendly and helpful. The chef claims the 100% home. In the entrance, white boudin with apples or hot apple fillets you will love. To continue, you will have the choice between fresh fish, in particular the St Jacques shell cones, or the calf kidney flambés in the port before taking cheese or dessert.
