Le Ruban Bleu Restaurant originates from the famous record of the Atlantic crossing in paquebot. This is the restaurant of the Hotel Le Majestic. It is ideally located, close to Benoît beach. With a view of La Baule beach, Chef Aurélien Banchereau offers a regional cuisine rich in flavours and specialises in the seafood and land products of Brière. For an entry, crustacés of crustaceans, crusts stroked with garlic, mild rust with sweet pepper is an excellent choice, very low. Continue with one of the specialties, the bar fillet cooked on rollers, dill emulsion and its étuvés vegetables. To finish with the "Paris-La Baule Terminus" with caramel. An address to share.

Cela doit faire 3 saisons que l’on trouve les mêmes plats !!! Dommage car je n’y reviendrai plus

Les plats sont délicieux, innovants, harmonieux et raffinés. Parfait équilibre entre poissons, fruits de mer et légumes.
Les vins au verre sont d'une qualité qu'on trouve rarement dans un restaurant. Un délice pour un amateur de Bordeaux.
Le personnel est poli, aimable, avenant et efficace. Aucune fausse note.
Enfin, la vue mer est la touche finale !
Bref, un grand bravo. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir.
