Les Délices du Petit Gué are delicious and original verrines made from ducks and other gourmet products. The recipes are sometimes simple and classic, sometimes surprising, but always tasty. For example, you can let yourself be tempted by pure duck rillettes with Trompe Souris beer; rillettes with pumpkin and coconut milk or rillettes with red beans and sweet chilli pepper, orange, candied lemon, Nantes priest..... You can also try duck foie gras with Guérande salt. In short, only good, and local please! Since this is indeed the house's approach, with a choice of local raw materials (ducks reared in the surrounding villages, nutmeg from the vineyard, Guérande salt...).
