BOULANGERIE BELOIN CARQUEFOU
The Beloin house is both a bakery and a pastry shop run by Guillaume and Angélique Beloin with their two pretty shops in Carquefou and Mauves-sur-Loire. The bakery in Carquefou has expanded and now includes new departments with the cheese shop, fruit and vegetables, delicatessen and cellar! It is thus a true local business which is offered to us in the small shopping center of Désirade, not far from the road of Paris in direction of the borough of Carquefou, close to Nantes Est Entreprises. Renamed Les Gourmandises de la Désirade, we come here to fill up with good artisanal breads with the Tradition, the special breads all coming from the bakery. You can also come and taste the pastry specialities with the delicate entremets, pastry flans, various eclairs, paris-brest, rum babas, butter pastries and many other sweets. Guillaume makes his own chocolates here, including a variety of pure butter cocoa-based bars, such as the Voyage au Pays du Cacao box and 30 mini-bars to vary the flavours of the world! On the delicatessen side: homemade lemonades and the cellar offers local beers and regional wines. The dairy section is very well stocked with short circuits (Panetière farm among others). It is also the right place for gift ideas: baskets filled with jams, chocolates but also salted with sausages and appetizing terrines. The easiest way is to come and discover these delicacies in the heart of this district, so close and at the same time so discreet, so go to: La Désirade de Carquefou!
