Its meticulous decor, with hints of deep blue that evoke a trip to the banks of the Loire. Here, the chef invites you to discover refined, inventive bistronomic cuisine. His dishes, prepared with carefully selected fresh local produce, are sure to delight the taste buds of even the most discerning palate. Depending on the season, you can enjoy scallops with Jerusalem artichokes, followed by beef with truffled veal jus and celery.
