In Maioann's beautiful setting, chef Maxime Marteau indulges his passion and doesn't skimp on inspiration. For example, the current menu features tomatoes, burrata and buckwheat, market fish, satay and carrots with peanuts, beef with eggplant chimichurri. Desserts include chocolate-raspberry-pepper puffs and figs, blackberries and fig leaves. Affordable formulas at lunchtime, and refined variations with wine and food pairings in the evening or at weekends. True to his ethic, the chef, who has also worked in a three-star restaurant, works with fresh produce from local farms. A superb address.

Nous avons passés un excellent moment
Nous avons opté pour le menu découverte en 4 temps avec les accords mets et vins : un sans-faute ! Les saveurs étaient raffinées, les associations parfaitement maîtrisées, et les quantités généreuses. Un vrai plaisir pour les papilles dans un cadre chaleureux.
