In the spring, cows take up the path of the fields… and their milk smells sweet and subtle aromas of fresh grass. And it's precisely this milk used by the cheesemakers of the Ferme farm, a collective fromagerie project initiated a few years ago by Anne and Christian. Butter, cream, milk, white cheese, yogurt, but also of course cheese with raw milk are the products offered by these milk dairies who want to enhance milk and share their passion. Among the cheeses made according to artisan methods, you can discover the Belle de Nantes, the Nantais Délice, the Galet du Sillon, the Nantais Puck or the Tomme of Riglanne. To meet these passionate dairies, go to the Campbon market on Saturday morning, or Celui on Thursday morning. Possibility to order cheese trays.
