This emblematic mill produces wheat flour, rye flour and soon small spelt flour
Built in the late 1840s, it was equipped with a canvas canopy driving a single millstone. It was later raised two stories and equipped with semi-automatic plank wings and a second millstone. It is a tower mill whose masonry is twelve meters high and its mechanisms are spread over four levels. Restored by the historical association of the Cambon area, this very emblematic mill is visited and produces wheat flour, rye flour and soon small spelt flour. During the visits, the mill is in operation.
