Emily and Richard are both cooks and have thirty years of experience in catering. They have worked in different countries in Europe and beyond, from the «small bistro» to the breweries, to Relais and Châteaux and trendy restaurants. The products of their kitchen are all fresh, local and seasonal to vary the pleasures. Traditional cuisine is made of a slightly changing traditional dishes and occasionally introduces more exotic influences. Start with a fresh entrance with the tartare of tuna, coriander and green lemon, ginger chips. Continue with the pig filet in whisky and coriander. And to finish a pick of caramelized apples or a blood orange foam. Richard has selected wines that will align perfectly with your dishes. An address to recommend.
