There are some places where you just want to come back again and again! Let's head for La Chapelle-sur-Erdre, in the "Erdre active" business park, where this beautiful building with its black "Philmore" frontage is home to several different businesses! We're at a craft brewer's, where Bérenger and Médina give us a warm welcome! Here, you can observe the production process before tasting Philmore's organic beers! Enjoy blondes such as Jazz, citrus Britpop, Ambrée Cumbia, Blanche Klezmer, Afrobeat ginger hibiscus, or Brune Blues! Beers with a nod to music, like the regular concerts that take place here! Seasonal beers too, with blond Punk, fruity blackcurrant Soul, amber and thyme New Orleans, Celtic, Raga, IPA, Reggae and Christmas beers. The venue, which is also a beer bar, is also a great place for entertainment, with themed evenings (sports broadcasts, board games, karaoke) and concerts! What's more, Philmore also offers beers from brewer UMAMI, with Thibaut's unique creations and refined tastes using a "pre-fermentation" method for some of the ingredients in his beers. Tasting available! Last but not least, Thibault is also a chef: "beer pairing" dishes are planned for the near future. Come and see for yourself!
