La Ferme des Autruches - Autruche du terroir is an ostrich farm located in Zutkerque, Pas-de-Calais. Owners Séverine and Nicolas Delcroix invite you to discover their ostriches and taste their ostrich products. In their sales outlet, beautifully decorated in the colors of Africa, you'll find vacuum-packed meat (roti, pavé, fondue cubes, steak, tournedos, roasted or sliced filet, sausages, smoked sausages, boudin blanc, paté de foie), jarred products (rillettes, gésiers confits, cassoulet and carbonade), eggs, feathers, ostrich leather goods, and many other original gifts. Reservations are recommended a week in advance for meat. To get to the farm, follow the orange egg-shaped "l'Autruche du Terroir" signs on the RN43 towards Zutkerque center.
