Christophe Blondel grows cereals which he uses to feed the poultry and palmipeds he raises on his farm in Bientques-Pihem. He offers products cooked on the spot, and in particular semi-preserved and long-life foie gras, rillettes and terrines prepared from duck, confits, poultry rillettes, terrines of cockerel in beer, guinea fowl terrines!
