Le perlé was created in 1985 by Hubert Delobel, who revived an old regional recipe for redcurrant wine. This family-run business welcomes you to the cellar, explains the fermentation process that naturally generates alcohol and the fine bubbles that characterize this essential aperitif, and then lets you taste it. A garden boasts dozens of varieties of redcurrants. Such is their success that production has since been extended to cherries and raspberries, for even greater gustatory pleasure!
