A cozy restaurant offering a creative gourmet menu based on seasonal products with an express menu and a children's menu.

Le Galibot is presented as a relaxed bistro with a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant offers a gourmet menu. Taste seasonal products, grown locally and worked with creativity! The traditions of the region are revisited. On the menu of the same name, you will be able to taste the net of sea bream on the fish side or the pig's barrel in winter dress for the meat side. The express menu will propose you a poached poularde with supreme sauce and for the children's menu, a farm burger accompanied by a fish filet.

Nice establishment with very attentive friendly waiters but the food is bland and no time is given in between the starters, main and dessert. I started with the local dish that has liver and kidneys which was served luke warm and did not taste very well. The waiter was so kind to replace it immediately with the salmon millefeuille at no charge. As it was immediately served, it became clear that these have been prepared beforehand, I guess the same with the other starters and also the desserts that are just kept in a fridge. A mousse was layered between the salmon layers but had no distinctive flavour, just filling. Imediately after that the meat was presented, correctly baked but just a small flat steak, not very tender. I just had finished that and the dessert 'terril', white choclate inside a pyramid of a crusty dark chocolate, was served. Nice presentation but little taste again apart from just a sugar overload. Paid 50euros for a meal that one would get in a mediocre bristrot. Very disappointing.

J'ai découvert ce restaurant lors d'un repas d'affaires.
Personnel très accueillant avec le sourire. Cadre chaleureux, un rapport qualité prix imbattable ! Cuisine fait avec passion, cela se ressent dans les papilles.
Je vous le conseille vivement !
