This restaurant opened this year in Lens offering traditional cuisine, but with an innovative concept: grilled meat cooked on volcanic stone. This cooking method avoids the emission of carbon, which usually darkens the meat, and gives it a nice roasted taste. Fresh and local products are preferred. The restaurant is located in the city center, near the Bollaert stadium. Fans of the Sang et Or soccer team can come and enjoy their meal after the game, the restaurant remains open late from Thursday to Saturday night.
