The brewery was created in 2014. It is installed in the renovated dependencies of a former farm. The brewer's will is to produce authentic and traditional beers in the heart of this region to the rich brewing past. Thibaut Delamaide, after 10 years in National Education, is embarking on adventure. His biochemist training helps him control manufacturing processes. The name of the brewery refers to the megalithic site of the 7 Bonnettes.
