Ideal restaurant to spend an intimate moment around a dish based on andouillette house in Douriez.

Sylvain Caux took over the place in May 2023 and hasn't changed a thing, offering traditional homemade cuisine. You can enjoy carbonnade flamande, potjevlesh, welsh, ficelle picarde, and many other specialties. The facade is period, with bluish tiled floors, wooden beams adorned with hops, old stones and antique objects. The1st and3rd Fridays are suckling pig and calf's head evenings, with entertainment and accordion.

Five stars based on a visit in September 23. But is it still open? We’ve tried to book a table twice in the last thirteen months (June 24 and June 25) by emails, both of which were ignored. Last year they were closed for holidays, this year…? Who knows?

Quoi dire, he bien, nous avons testé 4 estaminets depuis 2 mois, secteur Valenciennes, Mont noir, Mont des Cats et l'Andouiller.
Si je pouvais classer ces estaminets, je mets en 1ère place l'Andouiller.
Rien à dire très bon rapport qualité/prix‼️
Avec des attentions tout au long du repas, malgré le monde.
Pensez à réserver avant ‼️
