Sylvain Caux took over the place in May 2023 and hasn't changed a thing, offering traditional homemade cuisine. You can enjoy carbonnade flamande, potjevlesh, welsh, ficelle picarde, and many other specialties. The facade is period, with bluish tiled floors, wooden beams adorned with hops, old stones and antique objects. The1st and3rd Fridays are suckling pig and calf's head evenings, with entertainment and accordion.
