Au niveau du service, notre voiture est tombée en panne le matin de notre départ une heure avant de prendre l'eurotunnel... L'équipe de l'hôtel s'est coupée en quatre pour nous aider à la redémarrer, et nous avons pu repartir. Cela nous a fait chaud au cœur d'avoir autant de soutien dans ce moment stressant.
