This teaches a tradition in all its institutions: offer visitors a card exclusively reserved for meat lovers. The restaurant group La Boucherie has made meat "its" speciality meat speciality. The structure has chosen to integrate its own cutting shop in Brive-la-Gaillarde in the heart of Limousin. The pieces are always of excellent quality, with chips and vegetables. If the flagship product remains beef, the card also declines poultry, lamb, veal and pork, as well as a good choice of appetizers or sweet salads. Everything is served by a smiling and efficient team, dressed in traditional white and white butcher's holding.
