Linked to the Chamber of Trades and Crafts, the Regional Universities of Trades and Crafts (Urma) now include the training of young apprentices (ex CFA) and adult training. The Arras antenna offers training in the food, automobile, building, services and management and business administration sectors. It also depends on the Ambulance School, which prepares for the state certificates of ambulance and auxiliary ambulance (Tel. 03 21 21 42 32).
