Les services photo du Pas de Calais !
Alors certes, la boutique est un peu vintage dans l'âme... Mais que dire de l'accueil et du professionnalisme des gérants. 45 minutes passées pour comprendre mon besoin et me conseiller au mieux sur mon appareil photo avant mon départ en vacances ! Pendant ce temps, mon épouse se faisait prendre en photo par l'autre collègue pour ses photos d'identité pour son passeport ! En moins de 10 min elle avait des photos d'une qualité de pro ! rien à voir avec photomaton !
Les encadrements sont vraiment donnés et apparemment Jérôme, le patron bosse avec la mairie d'Arras pour fournir les cadres à toutes les personnalités de passage !!!
Je reviendrai sans hésiter...

J'ai rencontré ce prestataire lors du salon du mariage d’Arras en janvier 2020.
acompte versé le jour même pour une location de borne a selfie en chèque, encaissé le lundi qui a suivi (salon le samedi)
il devait m'envoyer le contrat dans la semaine qui suivait (donc la même semaine que l'encaissement du chèque), sauf que j'ai du moi même au bout de presque 2 semaine lui envoyé un mail pour lui réclamer.
(contrat signé le 26.01 copie contrat envoyé le 10.02 !!!!!!)

avec la crise sanitaire, notre mariage a été annulé, et malgrès plusieurs relance concernant l’acompte, il fait le mort et ne répond plus !!

We share our experience because we are frustrated and we would like to inform the couples who want a photographer for their wedding. For short, you will certainly find cheaper a work of quality and service much faster. On the provided photos and the album we have nothing to say but we wait months to have them. 6 months for photos and 10 months after the association for the album! (We married in winter)
We realise that we expensive paying for the service we had...

Explanations:
We met Jerome in the lounge of the association of Arras. He made us good impression and told us that its service included an appointment meeting to know the people to make personalised photographs. (Go that we had never actually).
Then he told us that we have CD of visualization and the album luxury.
We even took a supplement of service because we wanted it remains later in the evening.
Superior total at €1000 (10% discount because we met it at the association)

In short, the day of the association everything goes well. We were to take pictures of couple another day. We had made a few days after the association for them. On a " malentendu" , we gave us without making the photographs. We take pictures of in March couple.
We could visualize our photographs (association and couple) that in April*! I say well visualized because they are on a website with a logo in the middle. Since November we had not had pictures. Fortunately the family had beautiful photos so that we can make our menu of thanks...
But good, when the months go and do nothing to show satisfaction is a bit of it.

We had famous CD of visualization in May. Beware of the term! As for the price we pay, you do not even give us HD photos. The photos were very low definitions. To summarize if you want to develop our photos and them to increase it is impossible. Unless you calls upon them and they are more expensive than elsewhere.

Given the circumstances we are very happy to have insisted to have them in HD (it was not won I tells you...)

And finally, when we had the album and it has had to pay the bill, naturally we ask them a commercial gesture. I pass the details that you but they are really not commercial on top. For the moon was not charge. Then, it gives you the arguments such as " there was no handover when the papier" For them 10 months of waiting it is normal.
Or " When you go to a mechanic... " Ah good?! You compare your trade with that of a mechanic...

I always request by chance that we had photos HD because of the commercial gesture they were more than bad. After all, that would have cost to offer an extension or a poster or a discount.

After us, one of our friends, and two people from the family married. They had their album and photos before us and for less expensive!
