Hotel in a building on the Grand'Place equipped with rooms with all the modern comfort and sauna on reservation.

The Hôtel des Trois Luppars is housed in the oldest house in Arras, built in 1467. The brick building stands proudly on the Grand-Place: it was the model for the other houses on the square. Why the name Luppars? It's derived from leopards, the animals featured on the hotel's logo. While the setting is historic, the rooms are equipped with all modern comforts, and the entire complex was completely renovated in 2025. A sauna is available on request. Très bon hôtel avec une belle vue sur la Grand’Place. Le contact téléphonique pour la réservation a été bon et Aida nous a donné beaucoup d’informations utiles pour notre séjour. À notre arrivée elle nous a surclassés. La chambre venait d’être refaite, etait calme et la literie excellente. |Nous avons été très contents de notre séjour et remercions Aida pour sa gentillesse et efficacité.

We were the first guests to check-in to the newly-refurbished hotel. although work was still going on in some public areas, this didn't detract in any way from our good vibes. In fact, the warmth of welcome more than made up for the occasional workmen's noise. Genuinely warm, enormously helpful and very interested in our feedback. We are quite sure that, as the hotel becomes fully operational, that same warmth and caring will stand Les Trois Luppars in good stead. We would certainly visit again.|Thank you
