This hotel is a great option for nice cozy hotels the rooms are great nice and spacious with a nice modern style bathroom(no bath) the breakfast has all the necessities for a nice breakfast.
The staff where very nice.
The location is ok but has a weird smell part from that it is decent also its near the arras Christmas market.

Booked this hotel for proximity to train station and very easy walk. Also picked up a rental car from Avis and used the car park. Very special place to stay coming from New Zealand. Easy drive to Le Quesnoy and many Commonwealth War Graves. Excellent breakfast. Room was spotlessly clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Convenient bar on site. Would definitely book this hotel again. Stayed in June 2023

Really hard to find this place--parking is in a garage you enter from the street, and the hotel is set back so it's easy to miss. But the front desk folks were very helpful, and the room was nice and fairly large.

Very nice hotel. Quiet location just outside the town centre which is only a few minutes walk away. Good secure underground car park. Very friendly staff. We expect to go back in 2024.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche de la gare, et du centre. C'est un peu impersonnel comme le sont souvent ces hôtels de chaîne, mais c'est franchement agréable d'y séjourner. Le personnel est des plus chaleureux. Pas de restaurant, mais un bar où la bière locale est servie frîche, au fût.
Parking souterrain ne dépendant pas de l'hôtel mais avec tarif préférentiel pour les clients. De mémoire, 12.00€/24h.
