Great hotel a short distance from thr centre but off the main drag. Quiet room with a super comfy bed and a great shower. A fault with the AC was resolved quickly. Attempting to speak French was received well.

Très désagréable… Je suis encore choquée de me rendre compte qu’en 2023, des prestataires de service puissent oublier quelle est l’essence même de leur activité: l’amabilité et la gentillesse! Visiblement, ce n’est pas cela qui fait tourner l’activité de certains et c’est bien dommage… Heureusement que tout le personnel n’est pas comme cette dame aux cheveux courts à lunettes, j’ai déjà été reçue par un Mr très agréable et SOURIANT que je remercie encore d’ailleurs.

Accueil très sympa, personnel très aimable et arrangeant. Le petit déjeuner est complet et bon. Chambres propres et agréables. Idéalement placé entre le centre ville et la gare.

Hôtel bien situé près des Grandes Places et du Beffroi. Facilité de parking. Décoration de bon goût. Personnel agréable. La chambre était de bonnes dimensions. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cet établissement.

Ottima posizione, accoglienza straordinaria e parcheggio moto perfetto.
Stanze grandi, pulite e con ogni comfort. Nota di merito ai materassi, veramente sostenuti e comodi. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Stanze silenziosissime. Non c’è l’ascensore e il parcheggio è aperto sono le uniche note non eccellenti della struttura.

Accomodation was very good and well positioned for an explore of Arras. Parking was fine and uncovered which was important for us with a high vehicle. I wouldn't bother with breakfast if I stayed again as it didn't represent good value.
