For meat lovers, l'Assiette au Bœuf has become a must in the city of Arras. The restaurant offers several meat dishes on the menu: burger, tartar, minced steak Rossini style ... but you can not cross the door without tasting the beef sauce Paradise! A ribeye steak with a sauce whose recipe is kept secret and will take you to seventh heaven. To make matters worse, the dish is kept warm by a plate warmer and the home fries are as much as you want (the Paradise sauce too!).

Une adresse très sympathique, concept mono-produit, une pièce de viande, (ou mixed-grill de poissons), une sauce Paradis, excellente et identique pour les deux, frites à volonté ou cassolette de légumes, voire un peu des deux! et le tout à prix fixe, 17.00 pp si j'ai bonne mémoire.
C'est bon, c'est rapide, le cadre est agréable et c'est situé sur la splendide Grand'Place.

I've been to l'assiette au boeuf several times and have never been disappointed. I take the express menu with dessert, the meat is tender and the heavenly sauce a delight. What's more, as someone who doesn't like French fries, they serve small, very fine fries, which I love and even take back. The waiters are friendly, the setting pleasant and the restaurant well placed.
I highly recommend this restaurant in Arras.
