Led by a young, dynamic team, Le Paristone defines itself as a burger pub. Judging by the large number of customers who frequent this warm and welcoming place, the concept is a hit. Burgers with pulled pork and caramelized sauce, duck with prunes, salmon with squid-ink bun, pimento cheese and "infernal" hot sauce: all of them stand out in a gourmet light. A special recipe is offered every month. And pubs are synonymous with beers, the establishment's other specialty, with many surprising varieties.
