Located in Trélon, La Table de Rémi is both a table d'hôtes and a micro-resto. You'll find homemade dishes that reflect the seasons, the inspirations and the desires of chef Rémi Sobry. Coming from a gourmet family, he has been passionate about cooking since a very early age. The idea of sharing his expertise with others came about thanks to his friends and family, who encouraged him after tasting his cooking. To concoct his dishes, he draws inspiration from his taste for good restaurants and cooking shows. He offers a unique menu that changes every month and showcases local produce. This month's menu includes a starter of grilled pike fillet with a quatrilogie of purées and a Nantes butter sauce. Or try the filet mignon stuffed with edamame butter and fresh goat's cheese, with a potato galette and white asparagus sauce. For dessert, let yourself be tempted by the chocolate sphere, blackberry compote and sorbet with siphon and chartreuse ice cream and caramelized hazelnuts. Warm up with a range of hot drinks and mignardises. There's also a dedicated menu with a variety of aperitifs, non-alcoholic drinks, digestifs and beers like Blanche de Namur Rosée.
