With a wealth of experience under his belt, he offers gourmet French cuisine, reinterpreted in his own way in the form of a short, inspired menu, renewed weekly. This fresh, local menu is matched by the industrial setting of this rehabilitated textile factory site, its decor reminiscent of the region's past and its warm welcome, all of which contribute to ensuring you have an excellent time!

Open Monday to Wednesday, 12pm to 3pm; Thursday to Saturday, 12pm to 3pm and 5pm to 11pm. Menus from €45 to €65 (4 or 6 courses on Saturday evenings). Lunch formulas: €25 to €29. Terrace.
