Originally a carpenter's workshop, then a spinning mill, and now a restaurant, L'Union fait la Sauce is a place with a real history, expressed as much in its historic industrial steel architecture as in its "gastronomic brasserie" culinary style. All dishes are as good as they are beautiful, and the menu is renewed twice a month according to the seasons and market produce. A winning combo!

déception sur la cuisine ; nous étions habitués à beaucoup plus quali… Froid, burger a revoir… et oubli d’aliments dans un autre plat. C’était peut être juste un soir sans … Le cadre est cependant très sympa! Serveurs/euses aimables. Le petit amuse bouche est cependant très sympa en début de repas! Dessert RAS. Petit conseil : Revoir certains plats principaux.
