Chef Mickael Braure's restaurant features bistronomic, no-holds-barred dishes in a manor house.
Michaël Braure, former Top Chef and chef at Le Witloof, has opened the doors of his second restaurant in a former manor house! True to form, he has developed his new concept around sharing. This value is reflected in the name, "Rillons": a word that evokes conviviality and the joy of being together, but also refers to the pig, the chef's favorite product, which is very well suited to sharing... On the menu, bistronomic dishes with no complexes! Pig's trotters, chops, entrecôtes... to be eaten without restraint, accompanied by a delicious cocktail!
