A departmental center of residence for European writers dedicated to welcoming authors in Saint-Jans-Cappel in all serenity.
The Villa is at the heart of the former family estate of the famous Belgian writer. Inaugurated in 1997, the house is now a residence for European writers. Much more than a place to work, the Villa opens its doors to the general public, who can discover the works of the authors hosted here. Exhibitions, readings and discussions are regularly organized on site or in other cultural venues, making the Villa a veritable crossroads for living literature.
