La Condition publique was restored in Roubaix for Lille 2004, and then became a public establishment for cultural cooperation. Formerly a wool, cotton and silk packaging warehouse, this 1902 building retains many traces of its past. But the Condition Publique is best known for its Braderie de l'Art and its vintage weekend, as well as hosting exhibitions, dance shows, hip-hop battles and more all year round. It's a mecca for cultural life in Roubaix and the surrounding area!
