In 2024, François Paquet moved to Roost-Warendin to grow seasonal vegetables, untreated and sold directly on the farm! He already offers leeks, celery, carrots, tomatoes, lettuces... and is nurturing apple, pear and plum trees for years to come! But that's not all: on her stall, you can sometimes find beautiful soups and veloutés, or even popcorn. A real treat!
