This century-old bakery has been passed down from generation to generation in the Tepper household. Its heritage? The 500g loaves once bought by local miners. Today, these large loaves with an airy crumb are still sold, but the bakery's range has been modernized and developed by Pascal Tepper, the company's last chef and Meilleur ouvrier de France. He now designs fine pastries, jams, chocolate figurines and ready-made meals.
