Zoo presenting animals from the five continents, and allowing the youngest to discover the richness of the fauna.

This 7-hectare city-center zoo, nestled in the heart of the ramparts and featuring animals from all five continents, is a real landmark for locals and a must-see when visiting Maubeuge. Opened in 1955, the zoo is now home to over 300 animals of 70 different species. You'll find Asiatic lions, Arctic wolves and capybaras, among other surprises! Good to know: 20 cents of every entrance fee is donated to animal protection associations.

Zoo rénové depuis plusieurs années. Endroit agréable pour quelques heures et sorties instructives pour les enfants.

Een mooi opgezet stadsdierentuin in een noord Frans stadje. Er was gratis parkeergelegenheid. Als je de hele wandeling maakt ben je zon 3 uur zoet. Er waren hokken dat je dacht dat mag wat onderhoud maar ook stukken die weer verrastte. Voor de prijs 14,50 was het netjes wat ze aanboden. Er was ook picknick gelegenheid, speeltuin. Een nadeel er is slechts een toilet gebouw die zich bijna op het eind van de route begaf.

Al met al gezellige verrassende middag geweest. Afstand zat hem meer in de hoogtes. Hoogte punt was helemaal bovenin waar je kon wandelen tussen een soort lamas. Met uitzicht over de stad

On a passé Une très belle journée le zoo propre mais il manque encore quelques améliorations par apport aux autres zoo que j'ai visité par exemple : les toilettes ???? trop petit ya pas un endroit pour changer les langer pour bébé j'ai galère vraiment faut penser au bébé surtout rajouter encore d'autres coin pour se détendre mais le reste c'est top ???????? à refaire voilà quelques petits photos ???? sympa que j'ai fait ✅
