Through a playful trail with amusing and instructive animations, you can discover the secrets of the Avesnois region and follow the manufacturing process of the famous mimolette "La Reine du Nord", from the producer to the maturing process. You'll learn all about the history of this cheese, from its origins to its worldwide success.
And to make your visit even more unforgettable, you'll be accompanied by an expert guide, passionate about the region and its gastronomic heritage. He'll take you behind the scenes of the cheese-making process and reveal the best-kept secrets of mimolette. You'll also be able to taste and buy cheeses made on site, to extend your taste experience.
