Christine Blas welcomes you to her typical Ch'Nord estaminet, opposite the Matisse Museum. The blackboard menus will make your mouth water! Of course, you'll find many of the region's specialties, such as flamiche au maroilles, andouillette à l'avesnoise, potjevleesh... Otherwise, there are also dishes inspired by the chef's daily market. A friendly atmosphere and a lovely old-fashioned decor! Great value for money and a sure bet in Cateau-Cambrésis, not to be missed if you're looking for authenticity.
