Welcome to Nicolas Pourcheresse's friendly neighborhood canteen! You'll find the chef's high standards and quality, with fresh, local, seasonal produce, much of it from his huge permaculture garden. The dishes are reminiscent of the sweet flavors of old-fashioned cooking, with a fine selection of tasty eggs and a lovely apple tatin! We also love the little treats to nibble on, accompanied by a good local beer. And, in fine weather, you can even eat in the chef's greenhouse in Verlinghem!

Serveuse à l écoute et très sympathique

Bémols : une promiscuité qui peut déranger. Un rapport qualité prix décevant (suppléments frites, suppléments salade... pour accompagner le plat... déjà honereux).
Enfin, une carte des vins riche mais aux prix élevés (min. 34€ pour du rosé...).
Des prix d'un gastro chic pour vivre un gastro moyen. À revoir.
