The Ancienne, this ancient th century farmhouse, beautifully restored with its apparent beams, welcomes you in a haven of peace. The frame is well-founded and the garden favours the beautiful season! The brand-new chef Stéphane Lefèvre has been offering a gastronomic formula from seasonal products since the end of 2008. On the map, you can choose between the square of lamb in crust of herbs, ventrèche braised, légumes vegetables in rosemary, the piece of wild turbot pan to butter, the whistles of leeks and rôti juice or the filet wild bar net in shell juice and mussels, mixture of vegetables. If you prefer to test menus, the Market Menu offers you a very interesting formula, where you can taste the French boar civet, patchwork of fried old vegetables or even smoked trout steak, fruit and vegetables mixed with condiments… If you are sweet, the dessert menu offers you fruit cream chocolate candy or a thousand spéculoos feuille. and white chocolate! Un rapport qualité-prix déséquilibré, trop cher pour la qualité des produits et de la complexité des plats (qui n’est pas très élevée).. et un service plat, sans âme, et expéditif. Je n’avais même pas fini mon entrée qu’on a commencé à débarrasser les assiettes des autres personnes de la tablée, une carte des desserts données 20 secondes après que les plats fut enlevés et on ne nous a jamais demandé comment ça se passait dommage nous aurions pu mentionner que le poisson était trop cuit. Vraiment dommage car le lieu et le dressage des assiettes aspirent à quelque chose de plus qualitatif.
